MotiComic
These Subscription Terms (“Subscription Terms”) govern your purchase and use of auto-renewable subscriptions and consumable coin products within the MotiComic mobile application. MotiComic is a lightweight AI American comic creation tool that lets you import photos from your camera or gallery and transform them into American comic artwork using adjustable style presets, local gallery management, and high-quality export options.
By purchasing a subscription or coin pack in MotiComic, you agree to these Subscription Terms in addition to our User Agreement and Privacy Policy. Please read all three documents before completing a purchase. If you do not agree, do not proceed with the transaction.
MotiComic does not require account registration or login to purchase or use subscriptions. Your subscription entitlements and coin balance are associated with your Apple ID and stored locally on your device, including secure keychain storage for coin balances. You may use the app immediately without creating a separate MotiComic username or password.
All AI-powered comic generation included in your subscription benefits is processed through MotiComic’s self-developed proprietary AI service. We do not use third-party AI services, and we do not send user data to any third-party services for image transformation or subscription-related features. Your creative inputs remain within our controlled infrastructure.
We protect your privacy throughout your subscription period. We do not collect facial recognition data, biometric face templates, or face geometry information as part of subscription fulfillment, coin crediting, or generation activity. Subscription management through Apple does not expand our facial data collection practices because we do not engage in such collection at any tier of service.
You must be at least 18 years of age to purchase subscriptions or coin packs in MotiComic. By completing a purchase, you represent that you meet this age requirement and are authorized to use the payment method associated with your Apple ID. If you are under 18, you may not subscribe or buy coins.
MotiComic offers two categories of digital products through Apple In-App Purchase:
Coin packs are consumable products that add a fixed quantity of coins to your in-app balance upon successful purchase verification. Coins are spent when you generate comic artwork. Each generation consumes a defined number of coins as shown in the app interface at the time of use. Coin packs do not auto-renew. Once coins are consumed, you may purchase additional packs at any time.
Subscriptions provide recurring benefits for the duration of the selected billing period. Subscription benefits in MotiComic consist of bonus coin grants delivered according to your plan schedule. Subscriptions do not exempt you from per-generation coin costs unless explicitly stated otherwise in the app; each comic generation continues to consume coins at the standard rate displayed in the creation flow.

Plan names, prices, and coin quantities are subject to change for new purchasers. Existing subscribers may be notified of price changes according to Apple’s subscription price change policies.
When you subscribe to a MotiComic plan:
Subscription status is validated through Apple’s StoreKit receipt system. MotiComic stores entitlement state locally to apply benefits during each app session. If you reinstall the app, you may use the Restore Purchases feature to recover subscription status and previously validated entitlements linked to your Apple ID.
Coins are a virtual in-app currency with no cash value outside MotiComic. Coins cannot be transferred, sold, exchanged for real currency, or redeemed except as expressly provided within the app for generation purposes. Coin balances are stored in your device keychain to persist across app updates where supported by iOS.
Each successful comic generation deducts the published coin cost from your balance. If your balance is insufficient, you will be prompted to purchase coins or subscribe before generating. We reserve the right to adjust generation costs for future activity with notice in the app; such changes will not retroactively alter coins already purchased except where required for technical correction of billing errors.
MotiComic may provide a starting coin balance or promotional grants so you can experience generation before purchasing. Any complimentary coins are offered at our discretion and may change in future app versions. Complimentary coins hold no monetary value and may expire or reset only if explicitly stated in the app, otherwise they remain until consumed.
If you reinstall MotiComic, switch devices, or encounter missing entitlements, tap “Restore Purchases” on the subscription or store screen. Restore communicates with Apple to retrieve active subscription records and previously completed non-consumable or restorable transactions associated with your Apple ID. Consumable coin packs that have already been delivered and spent cannot be restored as new coin grants because they are depleted upon use.
You may cancel an active subscription at any time through Apple’s subscription management interface. Cancellation stops future renewals but does not retroactively refund the current billing period. You will continue to receive subscription benefits until the end of the paid period already in progress.
All billing and refund requests are processed by Apple according to Apple Media Services Terms and App Store policies. MotiComic cannot issue refunds directly for App Store purchases. To request a refund, visit Apple’s reportaproblem.apple.com portal or contact Apple Support with your transaction details.
If a subscription payment fails or your Apple ID payment method is invalid at renewal, Apple may suspend renewal until payment succeeds. During lapse, bonus coin grants tied to subscription renewal may not be delivered until the subscription is active again.
We may change subscription prices or coin pack configurations for new customers. Apple will notify existing subscribers of subscription price increases in accordance with App Store requirements. If you do not accept a price increase, you may cancel before the new price takes effect. Continued subscription after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated price.
Subscription and coin access must be used in compliance with our User Agreement. You may not use purchased generation capacity to create prohibited content, including sexually explicit, pornographic, or violently graphic material. We may suspend generation privileges without refund if your usage violates content standards, attempts to circumvent billing, or abuses restore and validation systems.
Automated bulk generation, credential sharing schemes designed to exploit coin crediting, or fraudulent chargeback patterns may result in entitlement revocation to protect the integrity of the Service.
Subscribers receive the same privacy protections as all MotiComic users. Purchasing a plan does not increase data collection. Specifically:

Subscription benefits depend on the continued availability of MotiComic servers, Apple In-App Purchase infrastructure, and your network connection. Temporary outages may delay generation or coin crediting. We will use reasonable efforts to restore service promptly but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Periods of downtime do not automatically extend subscription duration unless required by applicable platform rules.
We may modify coin grant amounts, introduce new plans, or retire legacy plans to improve the Service. Material reductions to active subscription benefits will be communicated through in-app notice where feasible. Changes apply prospectively and in accordance with App Store guidelines.
Apple is not a party to these Subscription Terms except as the merchant of record for App Store transactions. Apple is not responsible for MotiComic content, AI output, coin logic, or customer support related to creative features. When your subscription expires or is canceled, you retain any unused coins already credited to your balance unless otherwise stated, but you will no longer receive renewal bonus coin grants. Access to the app itself remains available subject to the User Agreement. You may continue using remaining coins until depleted or purchase new products.
Subscriptions and coins provide access to digital features within MotiComic only. We disclaim warranties regarding uninterrupted coin delivery, specific artistic outcomes from AI generation, or compatibility with future device or iOS versions beyond commercially reasonable update efforts.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability arising from subscription or coin purchases is limited to the amount you paid for the specific transaction giving rise to the claim during the six months preceding the event, except where a higher minimum is mandated by applicable consumer protection law.
We may update these Subscription Terms to reflect new products, pricing models, or operational requirements. Material updates will be surfaced in the app where appropriate. Continued purchases after updates take effect constitute acceptance of the revised terms.

Thank you for supporting MotiComic. Your subscription helps us maintain our self-developed proprietary AI service, uphold our commitment to never sending user data to third-party services, and continue protecting your privacy without collecting facial recognition or biometric face data.
