MotiComic
This User Agreement (“Agreement”) governs your access to and use of the MotiComic mobile application and all related features, content, and services (collectively, the “Service”). MotiComic is a lightweight AI American comic creation tool that supports real-time camera capture and local photo library import, enabling you to transform images into stylized American comic artwork with adjustable style parameters, local gallery management, high-definition export, and sharing capabilities.
Please read this Agreement carefully before using the Service. By downloading, installing, opening, or continuing to use MotiComic, you confirm that you accept and agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service and should uninstall the application from your device.
MotiComic does not require you to create an account, register, log in, or provide personal credentials to use the core application. You may start creating comic artwork immediately after accepting this Agreement and granting any optional device permissions needed for camera or photo access. There is no mandatory sign-up flow, no social network linkage, and no cloud account synchronization requirement.
MotiComic operates exclusively on its self-developed proprietary AI service. We do not use third-party AI services to perform image-to-image comic transformations or any other generative features offered within the app. All creative processing is handled through infrastructure developed and maintained by the MotiComic team.
We do not send user data to any third-party services. Images, style settings, and generation parameters you submit are transmitted only to MotiComic’s own systems for the purpose of fulfilling your generation request. We do not route your creative content through external AI vendors, advertising networks, or unrelated cloud platforms.
We are deeply committed to protecting your privacy. MotiComic is designed to minimize data collection and to keep your creative workflow as local as practical. We do not operate a social graph, we do not sell personal information, and we do not build invasive behavioral profiles.
We do not collect facial recognition data, biometric face templates, face geometry information, or any data used to uniquely identify individuals from facial features. While you may choose to import photos that contain people, the Service does not extract or retain facial biometric identifiers, does not create face embeddings for identification, and does not use your images to train third-party recognition systems. Your privacy is protected at every stage of the creative process.
You must be at least 18 years of age to download, access, or use MotiComic. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you are 18 or older and have the capacity to enter into this Agreement. If you are not at least 18, you are prohibited from using the Service. We may restrict or terminate access if we reasonably believe a user does not meet the age requirement.
MotiComic provides the following primary capabilities:
The Service is provided on an “as available” basis. We may add, modify, suspend, or discontinue features to improve performance, security, or user experience. We will endeavor to maintain the core comic creation workflow but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability at all times.
You agree to use MotiComic responsibly and only for lawful purposes. You are solely responsible for the images you upload, the content you generate, and any sharing or export actions you perform outside the app.
You must not upload, create, generate, solicit, distribute, or attempt to produce any of the following types of content through the Service:
We reserve the right to refuse processing, throttle, or block generation requests that appear intended to create prohibited content, even if such content is not ultimately stored on our systems. Repeated or egregious violations may result in loss of access to generation features. You agree that MotiComic may implement automated and manual safeguards within its proprietary AI environment to enforce these standards.
The MotiComic application, including its user interface design, style templates, proprietary AI models, software code, branding, logos, and documentation, is owned by the developers of MotiComic and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Except for the limited license granted below, no rights are transferred to you.
You retain ownership of the original photos you import and the comic images you generate, subject to applicable law and the rights of any third parties depicted or referenced in your source material. You are responsible for ensuring you have the necessary permissions to use source images, particularly when they contain other people, branded elements, or copyrighted material.
By submitting an image for processing, you grant MotiComic a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and process that image solely for the purpose of operating the Service, including performing AI transformation through our self-developed proprietary AI service. This license ends when processing for your request is complete, except for temporary technical copies retained under our data retention practices described in the Privacy Policy. We do not claim ownership of your final generated artwork.
AI-generated comic outputs are intended primarily for personal, non-commercial creative enjoyment unless you have independent rights to exploit the underlying source material and generated result. You agree not to use the Service to mass-produce infringing merchandise, misleading advertising, or content that violates the rights of others.
Comic images produced by MotiComic are generated algorithmically based on your inputs and selected styles. Results may vary in quality, accuracy, likeness, and artistic interpretation. Generated content may occasionally contain visual artifacts, unexpected elements, or imperfect resemblance to source photos. You acknowledge that AI output is probabilistic and not guaranteed to meet every creative expectation.
Because MotiComic uses its self-developed proprietary AI service and does not use third-party AI services, generation behavior reflects our own model tuning and infrastructure capacity. We continuously improve output quality but do not warrant that every generation will be error-free or suitable for a particular purpose.
Certain features consume in-app coins. Coin packs and subscription products are sold through Apple In-App Purchase. Each comic generation consumes a fixed number of coins as displayed in the app. Subscription plans may include periodic bonus coin grants according to the plan you select. Detailed billing, renewal, cancellation, and refund information is set forth in our Subscription Terms, which are incorporated into this Agreement by reference.
All prices, coin amounts, and subscription durations are shown at the point of purchase and may change for future transactions with appropriate notice within the app or App Store listing. You are responsible for managing your Apple ID payment settings and subscription status through Apple’s subscription management tools.
The Service requires explicit permission to access your camera and/or photo library when you choose those import methods. Storage permission may be needed to save exports to your device gallery. You may revoke permissions through iOS Settings at any time; however, revoked permissions will disable related features until restored. MotiComic requests only permissions aligned with visible features and explains their purpose at the time of the request.

The Service is distributed through the Apple App Store and relies on Apple’s platform for payment processing and receipt validation. Your relationship with Apple regarding store purchases is governed by Apple’s applicable terms. Aside from necessary platform interactions with Apple for billing, we do not send user data to any third-party services for AI processing or unrelated commercial exploitation.
When you use the iOS share sheet or save images to your photo library, those actions occur through native operating system features outside our direct control. You are responsible for where you share generated content once it leaves the app.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or free from errors, nor that AI-generated outputs will be accurate, unique, or suitable for commercial use.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developers of MotiComic and their affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses arising from your use of or inability to use the Service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our aggregate liability for any claim relating to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to MotiComic through in-app purchases in the twelve months preceding the claim, or fifty United States dollars if no purchases were made, whichever is greater, except where such limitation is prohibited by law.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the MotiComic development team from claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable advisory costs) arising from your violation of this Agreement, your uploaded content, your generated outputs, or your infringement of third-party rights.
You may stop using the Service at any time by uninstalling the app. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate this Agreement, abuse the Service, or if continued provision becomes impractical due to technical, security, or business reasons. Upon termination, provisions that by their nature should survive will remain in effect, including content restrictions, intellectual property terms, disclaimers, and limitations of liability.
We may update this User Agreement to reflect new features, pricing structures, or operational requirements. When we make material changes, we will provide notice within the app where appropriate. Your continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Agreement.
If any provision of this Agreement is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force. Our failure to enforce any right or provision shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.
